In the absence of President Dan, former president Bill called the meeting to order. On a motion by Don, 2nd by Bill, the October minutes were unanimously approved as submitted.

Janet made a presentation concerning the club library which she keeps. She displayed a few books she has available and also passed around a list of several running books that she is willing to purchase and donate to the library.  She asked members to indicate their interest in reading any of these books.  Thank you to Janet for providing this service to club members.

Jason had submitted his treasurer's report which indicates a club balance of $4,343.33.   The most recent bank statement was passed around.  Don moved and Ann seconded that the report be accepted and the motion passed unanimously.

Gene and Dee went over in some detail what has been done for the T-Day 5K and plans for what remains to be done. Volunteers signed up for the various duties, including pick up and delivery of food/water items.  Molly will again head up the day of race registration crew.  Several signed up for food prep on race day morning.  Workers were reminded to bring sharp knives and cutting boards if possible.  Volunteers also signed up for working at Ad Astra with package hand out, registration and merchandise sales on Wednesday as well as set-up at the school Wednesday evening.

Gene is soliciting course marshals yet and we will need pace sign holders for a few minutes at the start area.

Woodlawn School will be providing art work for the volunteer shirts as well as having a gym class deliver neighborhood flyers. The PTO is in charge of the fun run. Awards for the fun run and for the 5K are taken care of.

After a fairly lengthy discussion of T-Day related matters, Dan moved to adjourn and Don seconded - no one objected.

Ann won the door prize drawing.
