Advertising on the runLawrence web site

RunLawrence will publish a limited number of display advertisements on the club web site (www.runlawrence.org) based on availability of space. Businesses or organizations which encourage or support healthy living and fitness will be given preference if available space is an issue. We reserve the right to refuse advertising that we perceive conflicts with the purpose and goals of the club.

The maximum allowed size for a display ad is 200 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall. No pop-up ads will be allowed on this site. The advertisement will be placed in the right-hand column of the home page of the web site. The location of the ad in the right-hand column is at the discretion of the site's administrator. (See logos on the right side of the "Coming Events" page on how ads will look on the main page).

The ad may contain some or all of the following information. 1) business name; 2) address; 3) phone number; 4) link to more information, 5) special promotional message.

Camera-ready artwork may be emailed to the web page editor.
Image files may be in TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PGN, formats.
The web editor reserved the right to adjust the layout as needed with final approval by the advertiser.

The approved rates for advertisements on www.runlawrence.org are:
One week -- $15 | One Month -- $50 | Three Months -- $125 |
At this point, we are not taking advertising beyond 3 months. Checks payable to: runLawrence

Proceeds from advertisements on this site will be used to maintain the club web site or used by runLawrence for area events and activities.
